Next time the kids stroll into the kitchen while you’re washing the dinner dishes and turn up Eric Hutchinson’s song “Rock and Roll” for a little kitchen floor post-pasta dance party, make sure you turn off the water, place the plate gently back into the sink, take the dishtowel off your shoulder and put your hands out for some hand-holding groove-dancing. Just like you did tonight.
